Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative


  • Ready at door to open it for guests or approach any arriving cars.
  • Smile and greet guests.
  • Acknowledge guests as they pass and offer assistance when necessary.
  • Open hotel doors & car doors for guests.
  • Welcome and introduce guests to the hotel.
  • Fill out valet ticket completely with vehicle information on the ticket.
  • Inspect guest’s car for damage and if so, note on valet ticket.
  • Park guest’s car with professional and cautious manner.
  • Mark location guest’s car is parked clearly on the valet ticket.
  • Return keys and ticket to desk/manager.
  • Assist guests with luggage.
  • Offer directions and additional services to guests.
  • Demonstrates PLATNIUM SERVICE Standards in all interactions.
  • Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances.
  • Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards.
  • Follows Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
  • Reports suspicious people, behavior, and vehicles to Security
  • Ensures adherence to Code of Ethics


Assimilate into The AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center Family, the PLATINUM SERVICE culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PLATINUM SERVICE. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Flik from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
