Join our Guest Services team as our new Doorman! Be the welcoming face and set the vibe for our lobby and guests! Hook 'em!
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
To be the first positive impression for guests entering the hotel, and to be a memorable ambassador upon departing the hotel. Providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell while attending the main doors and lobby of the hotel.
- Provide a highly personalized and professional welcome to guests at the hotel entrance, acknowledging guests as they pass and offer assistance when necessary.
- Open hotel doors for guests entering/exiting the building while welcoming and introducing guests to the hotel.
- Assist Bell Staff members with retrieving stored luggage (when needed)
- Perform other miscellaneous hotel tasks such as deliveries and/or offering directions and guidance within the hotel
- Remain observant and respond to each guest who passes through entrances.
- Monitor the hotel entrance for suspicious activity and ensure the safety of guests and property and report findings to Loss Prevention or member of Management
- Recognize and greet frequent guests by name to foster a personalized experience
