Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose

To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage to guest room and conference center
  2. Assist with guest packages
  3. To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage
  4. Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms
  5. Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities
  6. To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related)
  7. Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts
  8. Providing an excellent first impression to guests
  9. Maintains a presence in the Front Drive throughout the hours of the shift.
  10. Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name whenever possible
  11. Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances
  12. Assists Housekeeping in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Lobby and Entry way
  13. Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards
