Join our Guest Services team as their new Bell Person/Attendant! Hook 'em!
Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose
To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage to guest room and conference center
- Assist with guest packages
- To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage
- Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms
- Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities
- To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related)
- Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts
- Providing an excellent first impression to guests
- Maintains a presence in the Front Drive throughout the hours of the shift.
- Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name whenever possible
- Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances
- Assists Housekeeping in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Lobby and Entry way
- Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards
